Before your order ships, you receive a preview of your custom article. You have up to 24 hours to reply with approval or corrections. If no reply is received within this window, the article is automatically approved and enters production exactly as submitted at checkout. Once production begins, shipping proceeds normally, and no changes can be made.
We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
We proudly offer delivery services across all cities and emirates in the UAE. While most deliveries are completed within the expected time frame, shipments to remote areas may take slightly longer.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

All shipments are free for the customer. We, as a store, fully assume and cover the shipping costs with no additional charges.
Please note that during public holidays and peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid any delays.
We deliver orders to our courier partners within 24 business hours after printing and framing it. Once in their hands, delivery times depend on the location:
We partner with trusted local courier companies to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. No deliveries take place on Sundays.
Rarely, some areas may be non-deliverable, which is a common limitation across most courier services.*
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule, but shipments are typically delivered at any time of the day based on the courier’s route.
You may choose to have the framed article delivered either to you or directly to the gift recipient. Simply enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier or through our Track Order page.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once received back at our facility, but additional shipping charges may apply.
If the wrong address was entered at checkout, a new shipment can be arranged, but the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
If your frame arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost.
Damage that occurs after delivery due to mishandling, accidents, drops, or attempts to hang the frame improperly is not eligible for replacement.
