Each framed piece includes a unique serial number. By scanning the QR code, the protagonist accesses their digital certificate, which honors their obsession, validates the serial number, and authenticates the piece. Framed article:
Each piece is professionally printed in A3 format and delivered fully framed. The frame is made of black wood and includes a protective transparent cover to preserve the article over time. The print is produced on matte photographic paper, chosen to enhance readability, texture, and visual depth. All articles are printed in full color to reflect the editorial character and emotional intention of each piece.
Digital certificate:
Every framed article includes a private digital certificate that authenticates the piece. The certificate contains the honored name, the theme of the article, a unique serial number, and the date of creation. Access is granted through a QR code printed directly on the article. The certificate is private by default and can only be shared publicly if the honored person chooses to do so. The link is permanent and remains accessible over time.

May I review the article before it is printed?
Yes, of course. Once your order is placed we will contact you so you may review the article and confirm that everything looks exactly as you expect before it goes into production.
What happens if I do not reply to the article preview before production?
We wait up to 24 hours after sending your completed article and try to reach you during that time. If we do not receive a response we proceed with printing and framing based on the information you provided when you placed the order.
Do you offer the article in other languages?
Our framed articles are written in English, as this is the official format of SO RAIN. If you would like the article in another language you are welcome to contact us and we will gladly review the request with you.
How long does it take to arrive?
Creating your article takes between 24 and 48 hours. After you review and approve it, we print and frame it in about 24 hours. Then we ship it.
Will the framed article be delivered to me or to the person I am gifting it to?
It depends on what you prefer. If you want it delivered to you simply enter your address at checkout. If you want it delivered directly to the person you are gifting it to enter their address instead.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All orders are produced and delivered to any emirates of UAE.
May I use real photos?
Yes, you may. Real photos make the framed article even more personal. We only ask that you confirm you have permission to use the image, which in most cases simply means the person is aware you are preparing a gift for them. By placing your order you acknowledge that the photo is yours to use, and with that confirmation we can create your piece without any concern.
May I order several at the same time for a team?
Yes, you may. Simply add one article to your cart for each person. If you do not find a theme that matches what you need you are welcome to contact us and we will personalize it for you. For larger corporate orders it is advisable to reach out to us directly so we can prepare a tailored solution for your group.
What is the digital certificate for?
It is an added value included with your order, and it complements the framed article beautifully. The certificate recognizes the person for what makes them unique, in a meaningful and celebratory way, creating something they can feel proud of and may wish to share with others.
What do you do with the information I share to create the article?
We do not share any of the personal information you provide when placing your order. Everything you send is used only to create your framed article. Your details and any photo you upload stay safe and are never shared with anyone.
Can anyone else access the digital certificate?
The page where the digital certificate is hosted is not indexed on Google, therefore it will not appear in search results. Only individuals who have the direct link can view it. The URL contains a unique certificate number, ensuring that only the protagonist may share it with whomever they wish and in the manner they prefer.
Will the article be published online anywhere?
No. The article is printed only in its physical version and delivered directly to the protagonist. If the protagonist would like us to publish their article digitally in the blog section they may contact us and we will gladly accommodate the request.
Do you publish my article on your social media at @sorain.ae?
We only share an article on @sorain.ae if the protagonist gives clear permission. By default we do not post any customer article. Many clients choose to share it themselves and tag us, but we never publish anything without approval.
May I request an extra framed copy if mine becomes damaged or worn?
Yes, you may. Simply contact us and we will locate your original order and prepare a new framed article for you.
Is the online certificate available forever?
Yes, your online certificate stays active permanently. The only exception would be if the project were to end for reasons beyond our control, which is not something we plan.
What if I am not happy with the final result?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything does not meet your expectations you may contact us and we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments. If there is any issue with the print or the frame we will replace it at no additional cost. We always ensure you receive a piece you truly appreciate.
